Very Severe Cyclonic Strom
According to the observations at (18:00) hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensifined into the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR). It is centered at about (80) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Cuddalore, about (80) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Puducherry and about (120) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) is coded yellow stage.
