Well Marked Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over North Bay of Bengal lay mark as a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and concentrate into a Depression during next (24)hrs.
General caution
Due to the well marked low pressure area, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State with likelihood of regionally heavy falls and isolated heavy falls from tonight to (15.8.2022). Occasionally squall with rough seas will be experienced in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (40) mph. Wave height will be about (9-13) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast.

People should be awared the heavy rainfall with strong wind, the natural disasters such as flash flood and landslide in the hilly areas and near small rivers and domestic flight, trawlers, vessels and ships in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts.
