According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of South Sri Lanka has intensified into a Well Marked Lowe pressure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Southeast Sri Lanka. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression during next 24 hours.
