Weather is cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Andaman-Nicobar Islands now lies over Southeast Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression over the West Central Bay of Bengal during next (6) hours. Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a deep depression over the West Central Bay of Bengal off Andhra Coast on (16.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely recurve North-Northeastwards and reach Northwest Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast on (17.11.2023).
