 SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Shan State, rain or thundershowers have been widespread Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Magway and Bago Regions and Chin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Magway Region and isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay and Ayeyarwady Regions. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Wundwin (4.45)inches, Labutta (3.94)inches, Pakokku (3.19)inches, Taungdwingyi (1.97)inches, Ngathaichaung (1.42)inches, Thazi  (1.38)inches, Pauk (1.18)inches and Sittwe (1.02)inches.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th September, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in (Southern and Eastern) Shan and Kayah States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Northern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Rakhine State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from Deltaic areas.
