The water levels of Ayeyarwady River are forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (½-1) foot at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu, Katha, Thabeikkyin, Mandalay and Sagaing, and about (1-1½) feet at Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun.

The water levels of Chindwin River are forecast to fall below the present water levels by about (½-1) feet at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa.
