BAY INFERENCE: :According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (Gaja) over the West Central Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards. It is centered at about (420)miles East-Northeast of Chennai(India) and about (480)miles Northeast of Nagapattinam(India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 12th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Nortnern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and Fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be rough sea are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)mph. Wave height will be about (8-10)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine State.
