27-11-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” over Northeast of Indonesia and adjoining the Strait of Malacca has moved East-Southeast and downgraded into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 380 Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 120 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 150 Nautical miles Southeast of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  495 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). It is likely continue to move Eastwards and weaken into a depression during next 12 hours. According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka Coast has moved North-Northwest and intensified into a Deep Depression.  It is centered at about 800 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 150 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Tricomalee(Srilanka), 370 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(India). It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm during next 12 hours. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and towards North Tamil Nadu and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and (Southern and Eastern)Shan States. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above April normal temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Eastern Shan and Kayah States, (2°C) above April normal temperatures in Magway, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Southern)Shan and Mon States and about April normal temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (46°C) in Chauk, (43°C) each in Pauk, Taunggu and Bawlakhae, (42°C) each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Nyaung Oo, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Gangaw, Sinbyugyun and Ann. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Mandalay (0.12)inch and Naungcho, Hkamti and Pyinoolwin (0.08)inch each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22nd April, 2019: Light rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
