      A Moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Nepal), latitude 28.89 °N, longitude 82.18 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (990) miles northwest of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (00) hr (32) min (54) sec M.S.T on 4th November, 2023.
