3-9-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to further intensify during next 24 hrs. Thereafter, it is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross Odisha, India, during next 48 hrs. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (Myanmar-India Border Region), latitude 24.01°N, longitude 93.44°E, depth (47)kilometers about (57) miles west-southwest of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (08)hr (49)min (25)sec M.S.T on 11^th November, 2018.
