A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter (Myanmar Sea, about (37)miles southwest of Maungdaw), latitude 20.42°N, longitude 91.99°E, depth (22) kilometers, about (61)miles west-northwest of Sittwe seismological observatory was recorded at (22)hr (18)min (28)sec  M.S.T on 9th August, 2021.
