According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (North Andhra Pradesh- South Odisha­) Coasts has crossed North Andhra Pradesh and adjoining South Odisha­ Coasts, India.
