3-9-2025:: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal off North Odisha coast still persists. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
Minimum Alert Water Level

According to the (12:30) hrs M.S.T observations today, the water level of Ayeyarwady River at Mandalay is (372) cm. It may fall about (½) foot during the first ten days of December and may reach below its minimum alert water level (360) cm.
