BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 6th March 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Chin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 25-30 mph. Wave height will be about 7-9 feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet in Gulf of Mottama and off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
