30-11-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards and it is centered at about 770 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 60 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 170 Nautical miles North of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Naypyitaw and isolated heavy falls in Rakhine State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Gwa (4.53)inches, Myaungmya (2.28)inches, Taunggu (2.09)inches, Naypyitaw (Otarathiri)(2.05)inches, Dawei (1.96)inches, Pyinoolwin (1.88)inches, Maubin (1.81)inches, Naypyitaw Airport(Ela) and Belin (1.77)inches each, Kyeikkhame (1.69)inches, Lashio, Laiway and Naypyitaw (Zabuthiri) (1.66)inches each and Ngathaichaung (1.57)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
