BAYINFERENCE:  Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th August 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Kayah State, scattered in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing Region and Rakhine State widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Magway, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Kachin, Shan States.
