BAYINFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th August 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Kayah State, scattered in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions and Mon, Northern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Kachin, Shan States.
