SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Ayeyarwady Region and Kachin State, isolated in Yangon, Bago Regions and Eastern Shan State with isolated heavyfalls in Kayin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below November average temperature in Chin State, 2°C above November average temperatures in Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions, 3°C to 4°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Kachin State, 7°C above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 5.6°C in Hakha, 9.0°C in Loilin, 11.0°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 11.5°C in Pinlaung, 12.0°C in Taunggyi, 12.2°C in Homalin and 12.3°C in Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded 3.19 inches in Hpa-an (Agro -Met), 2.24 inches in Paung, 1.65 inches in Chaungsone, 1.50 inches each in Hpa-an, Thaton and Kyeikmayaw, 0.83 inch in Kawkareik, 0.75 inch in Mudon, 0.71 inch in Mawlamyine and 0.59 inch in Kyeikkhame.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kayin State, scattered in Mon State and isolated in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan State. Degree of certainty is 100%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
