SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Eastern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below December average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, 2°C above December average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region and Mon, Rakhine States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.6°C in Hakha, 6.3°C in Tiddim, 7.3°C in Loilin, 7.7°C in Heho, 8.0°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 8.5°C in Putao, 9.8°C in Pinlaung, 10.3°C in Homalin, 10.8°C in Mongyang and 11.0°C each in Pyinoolwin and Machanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 7th December 2025: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayah, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
