SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Eastern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below January average temperature in Kayin State and about average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 3.2°C in Heho, 3.5°C in Mongyang, 4.0°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 4.4°C in Loilin, 4.8°C in Tiddim, 5.3°C in Pinlaung, 5.7°C in Lashio, 7.5°C in Pyinoolwin and 7.7°C in Loikaw. The noteworthy amount of rainfalls recorded was 0.16 inch in Myeik.
