BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24th January 2026: Weather will be generally fair in Sagaing Region and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Shan States.
