SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Chin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below January average temperature in Taninthayi Region and 2°C above January average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and Rakhine State, 3°C to 4°C above January average temperatures in Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and about average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 3.4°C in Heho, 4.0°C in Mongyang, 4.1°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 4.7°C in Loilin, 5.0°C in Tiddim, 5.6°C in Pinlaung, 6.3°C in Hsipaw, 6.9°C in Lashio and 8.2°C in Mingin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
