BAY INFERENCE: . Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate to strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st AUGUST, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing ,Mandalay ,Magway Regions and Kachin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Rakhine State.
