SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Rakhine State, isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Northern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Naypyitaw (Zayarthiri) and Naypyitaw (Pobbathiri) (0.79)inch each, Matupi (0.63)inch, Kyaukpyu (0.50)inch, Ann and Taungkok (0.31)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th October, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Chin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
