SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay and Yangon Regions, Chin State and weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Yangon Regions, Eastern Shan and Kayah States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan and Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C)each in Thipaw, Pinlaung and Hakha, (10°C)each in Loilin, Mongyang, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Coco Island (0.12)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Chin States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan and Rakhine States, generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
