BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Comorin area and adjoining Sri Lanka and Equatorial Indian Ocean has become unimportant. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 8th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region , isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Region, Rakhine State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate to rough sea are likely Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) mph. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-9)feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (4-6) feet in Deltic and off and along Rakhine Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
