SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Yangon Regions, Eastern Shan and Rakhine States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Southern Shan States and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Heho, (5°C) in Thipaw, (6°C) each in Loilin, Tiddim and Ramthlo.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th November, 2018: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago and Yangon Regions, Kachin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States.
