BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30^th January, 2019: Rain will be  widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated in Northern Shan and Chin States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
