BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1^st March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Northern Shan State and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
