23-11-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea on 24-11-2025. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm over the Southeast Bay during subsequent 48 hours.Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Mandalay Region, fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway Region, Southern Shan and Rakhine States, isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Eastern Shan and Chin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) below March normal temperature in Southern Shan State, (5°C) below March normal temperature in Magway Region, (3°C) to (4°C) below March normal temperature in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and about March normal temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (38°C) in Kawkareik and (37°C) each in Yangon(Northern Dangon), Tharrawady and Yay. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Ann (0.95)inch, Sittwe (0.83)inch, Kyaukpyu (0.67)inch, Kyauktaw and Minbu (0.24)inch each and Magway (0.20)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
