BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 18th March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Chin States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway ,Yangon ,Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan,Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated to scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.
