30-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts. It is centered at about 775 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 85 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 135 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely continue to move nearly Northwards parallel to Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Region and Kachin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Bago Region, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Kyauktaw (6.10)inches, Myauk U (4.45)inches,  Paletwa (4.21)inches, Nyaunglaybin (4.13)inches, Hkamti and Shwekyin (3.70)inches each, Belin (3.66)inches, Taungkok (3.39) inches, Madauk (3.31)inches, Hlaingbwe  (3.19)inches and Hpa-an(Agro- Met) and Thaton (3.08)inches each.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
