30-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards and it is centered at about 770 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 60 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 170 Nautical miles North of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespred  in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Khayan (10.51)inches, Thaton (9.88)inches, Paing Kyone (8.18)inches, Payathonsu (8.03)inches, Kyeikmayaw (7.36)inches, Belin (6.53)inches, Yay (6.38)inches, Kawkareik (6.06)inches, Paung (5.67)inches, Myeik (5.31)inches, Mudon (5.16)inches, Kya-In-Seikkyi (5.05)inches, Hpa-an (4.84)inches, Bago (4.81)inches, Chaungsone (4.76)inches, Kyeikkhame (4.61)inches, Shwekyin (4.25)inches, Theinzayet (4.21)inches, Hlegu (3.94)inches and Magway (3.90)inches.

BAY INFERENCE:  Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and moderate elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
