FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 11th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Bago Region and Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Kayin and Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8 –12) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
