BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 17th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Kachin, Chin, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6–8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
