BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw,Mandalay, Bago and Yangon Regions, Eastern Shan, and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States.
