It is likely to move West- Northwest and may reach  Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoning Equatorial Indian Ocean during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud the South Andaman Sea and North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong  over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 7th July, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Shan (East and South) State, scattered in Mandalay Region, Northern Shan and Kayah States and widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine State.
