BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 22nd September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Shan (South and East) and Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4–8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from Central Myanmar areas.
