2-12-2025: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) has weaken into a Depression now lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Westcentral Bay, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) is centered at about 755 Nautical miles West of Coco Island(Myanmar), 70 Nautical miles North-Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 15 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely continue to move slowly Southwestwards towards the North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts, India and weaken gradually into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, Southwest monsoon has been withdrawn from the North Bay of Bengal and Central Myanmar areas. Weather has been partly cloudy to cloudy in Shan State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Kayah and Kayin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing  and Mandalay Regions, Mon State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Magway Region and isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and Mon State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Theinzayet (6.18)inches, Chauk (2.36)inches, Launglon (2.01)inches, Taunggu (1.89) inches, Myingyan and Labutta (1.65) inches each, Pauk (1.61)inches, Sinbyugyun (1.57)inches and Homalin  (1.54)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Bay and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Shan and Kayah States, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
