SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon Region, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Lower Sagaing, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Rakhine and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Magway Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Magway Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Kalay and Gangaw (2.05)inches each, Ramthlo (1.50)inches, Matupi (1.42)inches, Tiddim (1.34)inches, Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri) (1.22)inches, Taungdwingyi (1.14)inches, Manaung (1.10)inches and Htilin (1.03)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region and Rakhine State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
