SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan and Kayah States, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Naypyitaw and isolated heavyfalls in Magway Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Naypyitaw(Otarathiri) (2.24)inches, Nyapyitaw(Zabuthiri) and Shwekyin (1.96)inches each, Gyobingauk (1.89)inches, Pauk (1.65)inches, Sagiang (1.45) inches, Amarapura(Agro-met) (1.40)inches and Madauk (1.14)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North and West central Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th September, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Eastern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
