BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the North and West central Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th September, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Eastern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States.
