SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Chin and Kayah States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Kachin and (Southern and Eastern) Shan States, fairly widespread in Northern Shan State, scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Magway Region and Kachin State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (4.44)inches, Machanbaw (3.54) inches, Htilin (1.69)inches, Gangaw (1.61)inches, Yay (1.18)inches, Thabeikkyin (1.14)inches, Belin (1.10)inches, Mogoke (1.02)inches and Pyinoolwin (0.94)inches.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Shan state, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
