SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Eastern Shan and Kayah States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw and Taninthayi Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myeik (3.15)inches, Tatkon (2.95)inches, Kyeikdon (1.96)inches, Shwekyin (1.54)inches, Aunglan (1.27)inches, Mindat (1.22)inches and Ann (0.95)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th October, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Eastern Shan and Kayah States. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State, scattered in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
