SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Kayah State, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Shan(South and East) and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Mon State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Theinzayet (3.19)inches, Belin (1.54)inches, Maungdaw (1.30)inches, Sittwe (1.26)inches, Pinlaebu and Mawlamyine (1.06)inches each and Namsam (0.95)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11st October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Chin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Bago and Yangon Regions, Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfall in Lower Sagaing Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
