BAYINFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th July 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Shan(Southern and Eastern) States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Occassional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 9-13 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
