BAYINFERENCE: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the North Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a depression over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay fo Bengal (Off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts, India) during next 24 hrs and may cross into the South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts on 27-9-2025.  Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Depression has crossed Northern inland parts of Vietnam moved Westwards and weaken into a low pressure cell over inland parts of Vietnam.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th September 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway, Chin, Rakhine and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan State. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 10-12 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of increase of rain in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, Shan States.
