According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “BUALOI” over the Philippines sea is likely to move west-northwestwards, may reach South China Sea on 27-9-2025 and may intensify into a Typhoon. There after it is likely continue to move west-northwestwards and may cross over the northern coastal areas of Vietnam in the night of 28-9-2025.
