18-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka has reached over Comorin area. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea  and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 12th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Kayin State State and isolated in Kachin and Mon States . Degree of certainty is 100%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
