SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kayin State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Mon States. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 6°C below November average temperature in Chin State, 2°C below November average temperature in Northern Shan State and 4°C above November average temperature in Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.0°C in Hakha, 7.6°C in Loilin, 9.4°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 10.3°C in Pinlaung, 11.2°C in Heho, 11.3°C in Taunggyi and 11.7°C in Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 0.83 inch in Putao, 0.08 inch in Kawthaung and 0.04 inch in Thaton.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
